Before joining Columbus, Kavindra held executive roles such as EVP at Island Pacific, VP at Spotlight Solutions (a markdown optimization pioneer), Director at i2 Solutions, Principal at CSC Consulting, and Assistant Professor at Cornell University.
Kavindra holds a PhD in Decision Sciences from The Wharton School.
