Experience

Today, with a goal of driving new efficiencies and growth opportunities, Columbus Consulting offers a full suite of consumer-centric business and technical services to bridge functional gaps and eliminate organizational silos.

We lead initiatives that incorporate the diverse backgrounds of each team member. Our experts are well connected and seasoned operators who love to practice their trade. They bring years of executive experience across retail functions, verticals and geographies, managing some of the most challenging and successful projects in the industry.

We are dynamic problem-solvers who understand both the subtle and seismic shifts affecting every business we work with. Simply put, we know how to get things done, regardless of the challenges we confront in working together with our clients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Columbus Consulting quickly pivoted our workflow to remotely deliver all active projects in full. We engaged with our clients by facilitating virtual workshops and user-acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinated the remote training and deployment of new KPIs, processes and systems. We also created new solutions to help retailers navigate the process from closure to reopening and created free thought leadership papers and tools on the topic that we shared with the National Retail Federation, which can be found under COVID-19 Crisis Management.
