He is a motivated and engaged leader with extensive experience in project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and aligning objectives across business and IT areas of the organization.  He is committed to delivering lasting value to clients through results-oriented projects. Drew has spent the majority of his career consulting with a wide range of organizations across retail and wholesale, consumer packaged goods, consumer finance, and technology market segments. His primary focus includes delivery and business adoption of planning & forecasting, merchandise management and inventory optimization solutions.

  • Responsible for delivery of multiple project work streams within a portfolio of strategic initiatives.  Use cases include merchandise/inventory optimization solutions, IT infrastructure and security, ERP integration of acquired business, and supply chain planning demand & supply optimization
  • Managed Anaplan implementation teams across a broad scope of use cases, maintaining alignment to value, financials, project management, solution deliverables, and client organization adoption
• Merchandise & Inventory Planning Systems Design and Implementation
  • Supply chain management solutions on demand and supply planning sides, including optimized matching algorithms and cross-functional control tower monitoring and reporting
  • Integrated retail planning suites inclusive of Strategic, Financial, Merchandise, Open to Buy, Key Item, Channel and Assortment planning for several organizations
• Additional Consulting Initiatives
  • Leadership in solution delivery and business process optimization for a SAP Retail Forecasting & Replenishment environment. Results included improved master data management, SKU rationalization, and item service levels
  • Multiple project leadership for a healthcare IT organization including delivery of an enterprise mobility platform, a SaaS vendor risk assessment tool, and a funded business plan to launch a healthcare IT consulting organization
