Dale is a Principal with 34 years of retail, wholesale and manufacturing experience spanning time at Walmart, Fossil , The Container Store, in addition to one year of consulting. He has staffed, designed, planned and executed large projects within Human Resources, Financial Systems, Order Management, Supply Chain and Merchandising. He also understands that teams deliver value when they build and execute a plan with financial discipline, stakeholder engagement and rigorous team feedback loops.  Dale is one who can step into almost any situation with any team and quickly find the path to success.
