Clarissa Hassfurder is a four-year Master Anaplanner with nearly a decade dedicated to software implementation. Her experience includes successful implementations across several industries including Airline, Manufacturing, Banking, and SaaS. She leads both consultant teams and customer teams through initial implementations, enhancements on live implementations, and new implementations in customers’ connected planning ecosystems. As a former COE Lead herself, Clarissa cares deeply about developing and supporting sustainable COEs with her customers. Her favorite projects include enabling both end users and administrators on the implemented tool through formal and informal training efforts.

  • Led Anaplan COE with members from AA, British Airways, and Iberia, on a Corporate Deal Modeling use case for the Atlantic Joint Business. This COE prepared all entities to create competitive advantage by moving away from airline-specific systems, allowing $26m in savings
