Lane is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in project delivery, collaborating with both the functional business and IT areas of retail, wholesale and manufacturing domains. Over a retail career spanning 30+ years, Lane has worked for and consulted with a dozen organizations including traditional brick and mortar retail, multi-channel, and ecommerce-only organizations. During his career he has gained successful project experience in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle. His primary areas of focus include the design and enhancement of Merchandise, Channel and Assortment Planning processes, the supporting system implementations and the successful adoption of meaningful solutions into the organization.
