Mike possesses over 30 years of experience working with retail, wholesale and ecommerce companies focused on delivering operational improvements through supply chain, distribution operations, and customer service teams. Mike successfully designed and implemented supply chain and DC Operations solutions for numerous companies, spanning apparel, footwear, outerwear and hard lines. He also directly managed Inventory Control, IT, PMO, Ecommerce P&L, Sourcing/Production, Safety, Quality Control, Customs and Purchasing teams across numerous companies.  Mike is an outstanding leader and communicator who enjoys partnering with clients and mentoring/developing talent within client teams, so that benefits continue after initial consultancy ends.

  • Complete redesign of supply chain and DC Operations including training and development of client teams, metrics, reporting, budgeting, and best practices with annual savings of $4M.

  • Redesigned global supply chain from PO creation to customer delivery and improved on-time performance by 30% as well as reducing expenses in excess of $2M.
• AM Retail Group – CSCO & CIO
  • Optimized global supply chain and DC network to reduce transit times by 1-2 weeks and deliver annual cost savings in excess of $4M with reporting to merchants, stores, and ecom teams.
  • Partnered with ecom business leader to change platform, fulfillment, call center, and outbound transportation service providers to improve P&L by $1M annually.
