Integrated into the Program Management team while leading a 150+ member, international team. Created a multi-discipline test program including domain, performance, security, system integration, end-to-end, financial, user acceptance, business validation, and night of deployment testing across seven supply chain initiatives including master data, merchandise planning, DC-to-DC transfers, store and DTC order fulfillment, and customer returns.
Finish Line – Planning Process Definition & Implementation
Collaborated with business and IT representatives to define merchandise planning, financial budgeting, key item planning, store planning and grading, and assortment strategy processes. Worked with third-party software solution partners to define a technical solution that fully supported the business strategy. Assisted with project management and led the user acceptance and training teams.
