Kathy is a seasoned executive and consultant with over 30 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Supply Chain Management, and Pricing. She’s led global initiatives in system selection, process design, training, and change management, driving lasting transformation and adoption.
With deep expertise in retail, software, and consulting, Kathy is known for successfully aligning user needs with industry best practices and technology. Her clients consistently rely on her as a trusted advisor across a wide range of strategic projects.
Before joining Columbus in 2015, Kathy spent 20 years as an independent consultant serving clients across NA, UK, South Africa, and Australia, and held marketing executive roles at Revionics (Aptos) and Profimetrics. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Marketing from Babson College.
