Jeff’s ability to work at any level of client organizations and bring stability during turbulent times has made him a trusted advisor and valued resource at clients.
Before joining Columbus in 2024, Jeff owned a boutique consulting practice focused on change management for retail, financial, healthcare, and CPG companies. He also led a consulting practice for Daryl Conner, one of the world’s leading change management experts.
