Vicki is a Principal with Columbus Consulting with extensive global experience in merchandise and assortment Planning across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. She brings a unique blend of creative and analytical leadership, specializing in business process design, system selection, implementation, training and organizational change management for international companies. Vicki leads global transformation initiatives that bridge creative, financial and operational goals to deliver measurable results at Nike, Ralph Lauren, David Yurman, Ralph Lauren, El Puerto de Liverpool, Harrods, STL, and NEST fragrances. Vicki has partnered with teams across Europe, Latin America, Asia and the U.S to drive alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
Before joining Columbus in 2013, Vicki held leadership positions with LittleMissMatched, Polo Ralph Lauren (Retail and Wholesale US/EU divisions) and Bloomingdales.
