Delivering growth through digital integration, customer-centric assortments, and operational excellence. She is known for building high-performing teams and aligning product vision with business strategy.
Before joining Columbus in 2025, she held leadership roles, including VP of Merchandising at J.Crew, Talbots, and John Hardy, and most recently served as Head Merchant at American Textile, where she launched the merchandising function and led digital transformation efforts.
