With 30 years’ experience in store operations, store systems and organizational structure she has evidenced ability to prioritize and clearly communicate in environments with multiple and complex initiatives. She has worked with large retailers in the apparel, beauty and jewelry spaces as well as smaller start-up retailers.   • Insight – Business Architect 
    • Worked closely with NEXCOM, the retail division of the Navy, Store Operations and IT teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement as they updated their store technology. Systems included Oracle’s Xstore, Xadmin and SIM.
    • Led the Oracle user training and documentation effort for NEXCOM. Documents included User Guides, Quick Reference Guides, Train the Trainer presentations.
  • L Brands International – Consultant
    • Developed and implemented the global franchise operating model for the Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and La Senza brands. Worked closely with brand leaders and franchise owners to build and streamline operating processes.
  • Victoria’ Secret International – Manager, Store Operations
    • Managed 100+ global new store openings annually. Coordinated store/fixture design and merchandise planning. Led supply ordering, franchise partner training and in-store execution.
  • First Friday, LTD – Business Architect
    • Worked with Claire’s N. America/UK Store Operations and Store Systems teams to identify process changes as they implemented Oracle Xstore. Built the user training curriculum and documentation, including User Guides and Quick Reference Guides.
  • Stillwater Retail Solutions – Consultant
    • Worked closely with Gap’s Store Operations and Logistics teams to develop and implement improved processes for Merchandise Flow, including labor scheduling, shipment receipt and processing, recovery and replenishment.
