Susan specializes in large-scale change initiatives and comprehensive training programs to drive organizational transformation. Before joining Columbus in 2006, Susan consistently demonstrated strategic impact and operational excellence across numerous retail environments. Susan held leadership roles at Justice, Lane Bryant, Claire’s, Express, and Neiman Marcus.
