Susan is an executive-level retail IT leader with a proven record of aligning IT with strategic business objectives. She ‘grew up’ in IT progressing from hands-on developer to CIO. She has worked for, or advised, multiple vertically integrated specialty apparel/accessories retailers both public and privately owned. She is a visionary thinker who is focused on speed to value transformations, architecting hybrid modern/legacy solutions, creating phased roadmaps, and educating the C-Suite and Board on the change management required for success. Susan has extensive SaaS and systems integration experience and is passionate about excellence in program management and project delivery.  Susan has a rescue dog and enjoys home improvement.
