Sandra is a seasoned project and change management professional with experience leading strategic initiatives in a myriad of industries and sectors. She has extensive expertise in project, program, and portfolio management; PMO development; change leadership; and M&A integration. She has successfully delivered large-scale initiatives such as JD Sports North America’s Benefits Harmonization project, where she unified employee benefits across six brands and streamlined Workday benefits configurations.
Before joining Columbus in 2024, Sandra provided consulting and leadership across retail, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and the public and nonprofit sectors.
She holds a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology and certifications including PMP, CCMP, CSM, CSPO, and Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts.
