She has a proven ability to partner and influence cross functionally to solve root cause issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Before joining Columbus, Rita held VP positions at Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani, and Ermenegildo Zegna.
Rita holds an AI certification from MIT Sloan School of Management.
