    • Developed end to end product creation lifecycle, innovation commercialization framework and global merchandising strategies across 7 distribution channels globally. Led the curation of omni-channel product portfolio, ensuring audience growth and profitability. Oversaw the change management of cross-functional departments required for a successful Merchandising department implementation. Achieved -40% rationalization of product range while creating inventory flexibility and improving customer product experience. 
  • Eileen Fisher – Head of Global Merchandise Financial Planning 
    • Implemented Global Planning function across forecasting and production planning, product planning, replenishment planning, inventory forecasting, and production planning. Led team of 7 direct reports. Spearheaded the development and launch of Level 4 and 5 business processes across cross-functional teams as direct partners requiring shifts in current processes to support new department.

    • Led Global Merchandise Planning department across 26 global business units, 4 channels of distribution comprised of Retail, Wholesale, Outlet and E-Commerce, 3 divisions: Missy, Petite and Plus across 10 product classifications. Managed identification of regional assortments, placement of production orders for 400 silhouettes with 1100 styles and colors per season.
