Mike’s consulting experience covers a wide range of industries including apparel, diamonds, food, outdoor recreations, vitamins & supplements. • Warehouse & 3PL Operations
  • For a fast-growing vitamin and supplement business, assisted client with an evaluation of existing Warehouse Operations; created a gaps and needs analysis; led the client through a 3PL identification, selection, and transition process
• Supply Chain Optimization
  • For a fast growing, national, iconic designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of adult hot and cold travel mugs, optimized their Supply Chain, formalized their Demand Planning and Forecasting capabilities, implemented Order Management plus “Vendor Managed Inventory” and Drop Ship options
• Discrete & Process Manufacturing
  • Configured a high-speed manufacturing line in a clean-room environment and integrated all Data Capture monitors into a combined Demand Plan and MRP system for a major private label vitamin & supplement business.
• IT Management
  • Developed RFP for the replacement of a legacy ERP to address the investment vision and growth plans for a custom “Make-to-Measure” clothing retailer
  • For a Retail Expansion & concurrent Ecommerce launch, created a Multi-Channel Integration Roadmap
