Michele Harris has been with Columbus Consulting since 2009 and is currently Operations Manager, lending her expertise to new resource onboarding and support, new project creation, IT, process management, and special projects. She is also an active member of Columbus’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.
Prior to this role, Michele was an innovative and resourceful Quality Assurance Analyst, specializing in allocation and ecommerce development, as well as providing support for Marketing, People Ops and Sales. Michele has held various positions in retail, utilities, and government contracts for 24+ years. She has strong skills in systems testing, documentation, user training, and research and development.
