  • Led Applications portion of IT Assessment.  Interviewed IT and Business experts regarding key Retail applications, evaluated capabilities to meet strategic Retail objectives, created visual documentation to highlight most critical needs, collaborated to plan out 3-year roadmap to solidify application environment
• rue21 – Consulting Implementation Manager
  • Led cross-channel implementation of Private Label Credit Card for a brand who hadn’t previously utilized it; brought in to salvage an implementation that was experiencing recurring delays and had a hard deadline.  Implemented by the deadline and helped brand realize significant sales performance improvements
  • Managed digital commerce team in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.  Partnered with vendor implementation team to align on approach and deliverable dates, and completed as needed  
• CTS – Consulting Business Analyst and Technical Lead
  • As part of a system port due to divestiture, ensured that the Merchandise Management system, which also acted as a key integration hub, was successfully implemented in the client’s new data center.  Leveraged consulting, client and offshore development resources to complete necessary tasks.  
  • Designed and led implementation of key integrations for new Workday Finance Purchasing implementation, and coordinated end-to-end user testing and sign-off.
