    • Created and implemented the Change Management Strategy and Plan. Identified process changes and recommendations for role restructuring. Created communication plan and led communication activities. Developed training plan, including strategy, training materials, and execution. Worked with leadership to create presentations/documents to approve and communicate process changes.  Presented at Steering meetings. Identified, managed, and mitigated risks. Identified gaps in the business process, and redefined/documented the new processes. Created test scripts, data conversion, and strategy and led data systems mapping work.
  • Talbots, Inc. – Vice President Business Process, Strategy, Development, and Training
    • Lead Business Process, Strategy, Development and Training, focusing on supporting the strategic vision around process/strategy, change management/ training, BI/reporting and the application /tooling needs for all departments of the Brand
    • Selected, designed, and implemented Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.  Worked with S5 Stratos on Assortment Planning. Also worked with Salsify on a PIM tool and Celect & Quantworks on Assortment and Size optimization. Published in STORES magazine April 2019
  • Gap, Inc. – Lead for the Globalization of Merchandise Planning and Merchandising activities
    • Developed globalized Merchandise Planning and Merchandising activities by creating excel-based tools as well as business process design for all pre-season planning, assortment planning & key buying activities
