    • Created Roadmap for Marketing Technologies, Ported Customer Data Hub to GCP Customer Data Platform while executing on Phase 1 of the MarTech roadmap focusing on the Customer Journey, Loyalty Program and Data Scientist Algorithms
    • Implemented shared service SAP CRM solution for 1500+ person, multiple location Contact Center. Replatformed infrastructure
