Kam is a global retail professional with extensive experience working for some of the leading global retailers. She has extensive experience in head office and field-based roles, including International Buying, Regional Operations, and International Franchise Management, with the additional expertise of International-based secondments in Germany & Canada.
Before joining Columbus in 2021, Kam held a Change leadership position in a business undergoing a major organizational transformation and implementing a new ERP and PLM system. She has also played a driving role in reviewing and implementing new buying/operational processes to incorporate new business growth models.
