He has worked in Change Management roles as well as leading scrum teams on continuous improvement and new delivery projects. He is a SAFe 5.0 Agilist certified and has worked in various levels of Agile maturity. Joe can speak both technical and business language and translate between teams effectively, ensuring alignment on deliverables.
