John joined CCI in October 2023 as a Consultant. Prior to joining CCI, John held senior positions in retail and wholesale sales and distribution companies specializing in ERP solutions and supply chain optimisation. John was involved in implementation and integration projects, delivering optimal and efficient systems to effect improved sales and distribution both for UK and international Retailers. A specialist with over 20 years of experience working with retail, wholesale & manufacturing companies focused on improving corporate performance through better systems, controls & analysis. A diverse mix of systems and supply chain expertise, twinned with systems implementation knowledge with significant experience in aligning the technological benefits of new systems. Proficient in both the U.K. & international multi-channel retail with a thorough understanding of a wide selection of systems areas, differing retail models and channels to market. John is currently exploring opportunities arising from DPP and sustainability initiatives and closely following developments arising from the CIRPASS Consortium who are driving DPP implementation within the EU and beyond.

  • Multiple projects including ERP implementation moving to MS Dynamics NAV, Supply chain optimisation, integrations to UK and Hong Kong warehouses as well as IT systems covering UK, Hong Kong and UK retail locations. This included vendor selection for 3PL warehouses.

  • Implementation of Netsuite to enable greater visibility and controls of sales and stock for the wholesale sales of multiple brands under licence.

• Marchpole Holdings plc
  • Supported international operations and acquisitions for a branded wholesale business under multiple licenses, moving multiple companies onto main corporate system.
