  • Managed the Discovery and Functional Design phases of an Assortment Planning implementation.  Worked with the client and the vendor on scope and timelines for the project.    
  • Created an Organizational Change Management plan for the client that included communications, testing, training, support and enhancements.
• Google Hardware and Google Cloud Platform
  • Managed the delivery and enhancement cycles of two implementations of o9 supply and demand software.  Worked with the clients on requirements and communications.  Managed scope between several Statements of Work.  
• FullBeauty Brands
  • Managed the implementation of MuleSoft ESB in the cloud and PIMCore as an MDM and PIM solution.  
  • Managed multiple projects utilizing ESB and data platform to make Product, Inventory, Pricing, Images, Vendor and Order information available through integrations and directly to partners.
• American Eagle Outfitters
  • Managed the implementation of JDA’s intelligent supply product Supply Chain Planning & Optimization for the Demand and Fulfillment business area at American Eagle.
  • Coordinated and provided oversight on the technical tasks with the internal teams such as infrastructure, security, integrations and batch tasks.
