  • Business process mapping and PLM upgrade transformation, including vendor portal, visual merchandising, 2D/3D integration, and workflow
  • Evaluate existing business processes and technology landscape, creating to-be process maps for business process improvement initiatives, advise on PLM system selection and change management approach.
  • Implement fast-track PTC FlexPLM system implementation, including change management, process mapping, documentation, Adobe Illustrator integration, UAT, training, and post-go-live support
