Jenni is an extended Alliance with Columbus Consulting.  Jenni has 18 years of Retail Systems experience, specifically with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation and Business Intelligence systems. She is a proven effective manager of Project teams, but perhaps her most valuable skills are in the areas of Change Management, Communication and Education.  As a Consultant, Jenni’s strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills, combined with her ability to work cooperatively and effectively with team members, make her a valuable resource.  Clients love her motivation, attention to detail, and ability to transform project groups into highly organized and effective teams.  Prior to joining Columbus Jenni held various management positions with retailers Target, Wet Seal, Hot Topic and Pacific Sunwear in the business and IT working with business analysis, systems implementations, project management and training.
