    • Led the delivery of a cross-functional shrink and food waste reduction program of 65 projects using an iterative delivery model bringing together disparate Merchant and Operations teams to test, pilot and rapid-deploy process improvements and operational efficiencies on teams dealing with transformational change.
    • Architected a consolidated three-year strategy and roadmap detailing a total company plan to achieve cost-out opportunities of 170bps to sales, focused on labor and operations efficiencies across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Asset Protection, Store Development and Technology functions.
  • DFS Group Ltd (LVMH) – Vice President Merchandise Business Planning & Transformation
    • Led Business Planning & Analysis and spearheaded transformation projects for the Merchandising and Planning organization. Worked cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Ecommerce, Store Operations, Finance, and IT leadership. Drove PIM, MFP & R&A systems projects to facilitate Ecommerce launch, improve inventory productivity, and deliver operational efficiencies. Implemented business process transformation, master data management (MDM), change management, and training.
  • DFS Group Ltd (LVMH) – Vice President of Fashion Merchandising
    • Led merchandising strategy for 30 brands including Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Marc Jacobs, & Michael Kors with a $400M P&L responsibility. Led an aggressive retail expansion of Contemporary and Men’s brands within the DFS footprint adding $40M in sales at above average margins. Led project to rationalize SKUs in Burberry and Ralph Lauren resulting in sales and margin growth. Streamlined Merchandising and Planning processes and developed business intelligence tools adopted by over 100 Fashion Merchants & Planners.
  • Williams-Sonoma, Inc. – Senior Buyer
    • Negotiate exclusive product launches and reinvigorated assortments improving sales and margin. Led SKU Rationalization for Outdoor Grill Program and Electrics Department.
