James is an experienced operations consultant specialising in business transformation across retail, eCommerce and supply chain operations. He has led programmes that improve operational performance through process redesign, technology implementation and organisational change. James combines strategic thinking with practical delivery to help businesses achieve sustainable operational improvements.
Before joining Columbus, James delivered transformation programmes for retailers including Moss Bros, Oak Furnitureland, LoveCrafts and eBay. His experience spans business strategy, warehouse and logistics operations, customer service, inventory optimisation, outsourcing, and digital transformation.
James is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT) and combines executive leadership with extensive programme management experience. He is recognised for delivering pragmatic solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance.
