• Canadian Tire – AVP, Replenishment
  • Responsible for $1.4B of corporate inventory and $8B in purchases annually for CTR. Led division of 70 replenishment analysts and managers to replenish 200K products across 2,500 vendors globally while meeting service level, receipts & inventory targets. Provided leadership and overall direction by leading and fostering a high-performance team environment and determining appropriate resourcing to achieve strategy.
• Canadian Tire – Manager, Merch Analytics
  • Led a team of analysts supporting merchandise planning, forecasting, assortment and analytics function at CTR and FGL with tools, reporting, business expertise. Rolled out ThoughtSpot throughout the organization and was involved in every aspect of the project including data architecture, creation of reports, social media, and training. Over 4,300 people at CTR now utilize the tool.
• Shoppers Drug Mart – Manager, Pharmacy Procurement
  • Managed a team of four senior analysts with focus on generic pharmacy procurement. Forecasted generic & brand drugs shipments on a monthly basis. Provided inputs and analysis for annual and multi-year planning process to internal stakeholders. Determined monthly/quarterly vendor billings based on agreements. Developed analysis, reporting, tools, and documentation pertaining to pharmacy procurement process.
