Donna specializes in Allocation, Replenishment & Demand Forecasting, Ecommerce, CRM & Business Intelligence/Analytics for retailers. Donna has 25+ years of experience in the retail industry delivering solutions through new design and development as well as system selection and integration of existing solutions. Donna consults with many well-known retailers to assist in key projects through business analysis, project management, and change management to ensure successful implementation of business strategies and systems. Prior to joining Columbus, Donna spent over 14 years designing, developing and implementing ERP solutions for STS Systems (now Aptos Retail) followed by 10 years doing the same in the Ecommerce and CRM space. Donna began her career on the technical side as a developer and then quickly moved over to the business side as business analyst, then grew to hold several management positions prior to joining Columbus.

• Nike – Senior Business Analyst & SIT Lead
  • Partnered with business to develop requirements for new pre-season and in-season planning solutions for North America Direct and owned Retail stores.  Supported design and development of the solution with both Nike internal development teams and o9 partners, as well as lead all SIT efforts of initial release and subsequent improvement releases.
• Ascena Retail Group – Senior Business Analyst & UAT Lead
  • Designed, implemented and supported rollout of a global Allocation & Replenishment solution across multiple brands (Justice, Lane Bryant, Ann Taylor, Maurices), including partnering with individual brand business teams for testing, training and change management to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Destination Maternity – Senior Business Analyst & UAT Lead
  • Partnered with business team and vendor team to define business processes, business requirements and solution design to implement JDA Allocation software for multiple brands across owned and leased stores
