Debra Glassburn is a Partner with Columbus Consulting International LLC. She has been consulting for the past 10 years and has over 35 years of retail experience, predominantly in Merchandise and Store Planning and Allocation and Replenishment in addition to Store Operations and Finance. Her responsibilities have included numerous implementations, extensive change management, training, managing large organizations and instilling common processes across multiple teams in conjunction with systems.

    • Responsible for merchandise/store planning and allocation/replenishment of Men’s and Children’s. Key member of JCP centralization process – drove major change management initiatives including merchandise/store planning, seasonal/assortment planning and transitions to new P& systems
  • Victoria’s Secret Stores – Various Director roles in Financial Planning, Store Administration, Merchandise Planning & Control, Inventory Manager
    • Held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in financial reporting, store operations and planning and allocation during VSS’s rapid growth period
  • Claire’s Accessories – Vice President, Planning & Allocation
    • Responsible for planning and allocation of all merchandise categories for Claire’s and Icing stores in North America and Japan
  • Harbor Freight Tools – Vice President, Inventory Management
    • Responsible for Inventory Operations and Network Operations for all channels
