Deborah is a consultant at Columbus Consulting and a seasoned retail executive with a proven track record in supporting large scale business transformations. She specializes in change management and training, ensuring seamless adoption by bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Before joining Columbus Consulting in 2016 Deborah held leadership positions as VP of Merchandising and Director of Business Development for global and national brands including J Jill, Talbots, Chico’s and Destination Maternity. Throughout her career, she has led teams across Merchandising, Design, and Planning & Allocation, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Deborah is a certified SAFe Agile Practitioner and has completed the “Leading for Organizational Impact” program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
