Deb is a seasoned retail executive specializing in Omni-Channel Inventory Management and business transformation.  She has deep expertise in optimizing operations, streamlining business processes, and leading complex system implementations driving efficiency and profitably. She is known for her ability to align cross-functional teams, and is a collaborative partner and a transformational change leader. 

Before joining Columbus in 2024, Deb held executive roles as Vice President for specialty retailers, including Maurices, Charlotte Russe, and J.Jill.  She oversaw Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Location Planning and Supply Chain Operations.  She was also the business lead for launching a new state of the art Distribution Center, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
