Daniel has 20+ years of experience of implementing and delivering IT projects. He is an engaged leader of projects with the skills and experience to deliver projects on time and within budget. His business experiences span niche retailers, the world’s largest retailers to international chemical and pharmaceuticals. His business process experience have predominantly been of ERP projects or specializations within ERP such as mergers-acquisitions, financials, planning, payrolls, etc. Daniel attained his PhD from the University of Chicago and MBA from Warwick University (UK).

  • ERP Project manager of the three legacy companies’ merger. Responsible for the implementation partner and business teams through the full lifecycle of design, build, testing, data loads and go-live.   
• Dow Chemical- Senior Project Manager
  • Project manager of the implementation of the merger and unification data project of chemical composition and records. 
• Tyson- Senior Project Manager
  • Project manager of Commodity Purchasing and Risk management project to address financial mitigation  instruments of grain risks and provide a forward horizon of grain costs and P&L impacts.
• Sears Hometown & Outlet- Senior Project Manager
  • Project manager for the POS solution of the NetSuite POS application that was extensively enhanced to meet the customer’s service requirements.  
• Cabela’s- Senior Project Manager
  • Project manager for Assortment Planning project moving from an excel based process to implementation of the former JDA assortment planning tool.
