Clarissa is a five-year Master Anaplanner with a decade dedicated to software implementation. Her experience includes successful implementations across several industries including Airline, CPG, Banking, and SaaS. She leads both consultant teams and customer teams through initial implementations, enhancements on live implementations, and new implementations in customers’ connected planning ecosystems.
As a former Anaplan COE Lead, Clarissa cares deeply about developing and supporting sustainable COEs with her customers. Her favorite projects include enabling both end users and administrators on the implemented tool through the testing support and training.
