Cat is an experienced Process Improvement consultant at Columbus Consulting. She specializes in business analysis, process re-engineering, and organizational design. Cat’s proven ability to look for new ways to work and maximize resources has made her a trusted leader in retail transformation.
Before joining Columbus Consulting in 2022, Cat held leadership positions as SVP for global and national brands including Maurices, Justice, Victoria’s Secret, Ann Taylor, LOFT, Ralph Lauren, and The Gap. Cat’s various leadership roles have included responsibility in Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Assortment Planning, Demand Planning, Markdown Optimization, Testing and Business Analysis.
Cat is a student of Job Theory and previously taught Innovative Thinking to Retail leaders.
