SPARC Group – Functional Lead
Gathered business requirements and designed Blue Yonder (JDA) Allocation solutions for three divisions. Oversaw implementation, testing and training.
Tapestry – Change Management Lead
Supported business with process changes around implementing Impact Analytics Allocation solution. Worked with allocation and merchandising teams in US, England and Japan to support successful implementations. Advised stakeholders of milestones and achievements

Gathered and documented detailed requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product implementation. Designed and implemented Blue Yonder (JDA) Allocation for multiple divisions. Documented new business processes. Modified the PO creation and Pre-Allocation processes due to adding a new Distribution Center. Created new variables and methods in Blue Yonder (JDA) Allocation to aid the auto split of purchase orders to the two Distribution Centers.
