Allison has a proven track record of creating and cultivating meaningful and strategic relationships which have resulted in boosting organizational morale, successful negotiation of contracts, and driving stakeholder feedback initiatives.
Before joining Columbus, Allison was an Enterprise Program Manager responsible for leading over 10 different functional areas including Learning & Development, Change Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service to launch new products and services for the customer to consume.
Allison has certifications in IT Program Management and I/O Psychology.
