  • Legacy ERP systems and excel based planning tools would not support the growth plans of the business with the opening of the new stadium.  Allocation and replenishment only based on mins and maxes and could not support peak days.

Solution

  • Defined the business case for a replacement Allocation & Replenishment solution 
  • Managed and supported vendor selection through business demo scenarios, scoring criteria & commercials for Merchandise Systems
  • Defined the requirements for a Proof of Concept for RFID to speed up transactions and provide frictionless shopping for customers – needed to prove that RFID would work in the store environment and with the types of products

Outcome

  • Delivered a roadmap that charts the path forward for allocation and replenishment.
