Join us for a breakfast discussion led by BSc (Hons) Psychology of Fashion students from the London College of Fashion, UAL. This event will share student led insights on Gen Z. From brand authenticity and the role of physical stores to the growing influence of AI in shopping journeys, content creation and sustainability, this session will candidly examine where retailers are succeeding and where they may be missing the mark.
Designed for retail leaders and decision-makers, the session will also offer the opportunity to engage directly with the research, challenge perspectives, and discuss what these insights mean in practice.
