Designed and deployed the first version of Cognira’s end-to-end Promotion Planning software. Led internal teams successfully through phases of design, build, test, and deploy of multiple client-configured versions of the software
  • McKesson – Director of Change Management
    • Planned, led, and delivered on all components of Organizational Change Management for multiple transformations (change strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness) for 2,000+ technologists & 35,000+ enterprise end users 
    • Set strategic vision and led team that supported user adoption and sustainment activities for McKesson enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, O365) maintained a Super User network of 400+ employees
  • Accenture – Consulting Manager
    • Facilitated workshops to gather requirements for strategic improvements, built go-forward plans based on findings, and successfully executed change for a variety of initiatives: supply chain optimization, analytics transformation, production facility relocation
    • Developed change management content for multi-country/multi-channel/multi-release deployments across various clients and software solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
