  • Collaborated with leaders within the organization to pinpoint deficiencies in their change and leadership procedures and to establish benchmarks for success. Devised, created and implemented a novel initiative to address competency and knowledge gaps that included the delivery of comprehensive training to 35+ employees remotely and provided support with problematic project issues. 
• ABB, Inc. – Project Manager
  • Provided framework for PM processes, mentored department, and collaborated to develop best practices to ensure maximum efficiency that aligned with global organizational goals. Led multiple projects through the project life cycle within the HR department.
• Comporium Communications – IT Director / Program Manager
  • Led three Corporate Systems Development teams, and managed PM activities and organizational change as new ERP systems (Peoplesoft and Workday) were implemented. Led multiple teams responsible for the corporate systems of organization. Developed PM practices and processes throughout IT to provide PMO structures. 
• Advance Auto Parts – IT Project Manager
  • Led implementation for the largest and most complex technology deployment in Advance’s history to 3,000+ stores. The project included the delivery of coordinated infrastructure installation, new broadband networks, store system conversion, equipment delivery, final installation, and new service cutover, while not affecting store performance or customer service. Delivered on time and on budget through strong leadership in the orchestration of dozens of external vendors.
• York Technical College – Adjunct Instructor
  • Developed and delivered comprehensive training sessions to large groups, ensuring over 100 students grasp the intricacies of project management principles and techniques essential for success in the field, and preparing them for successful completion of the CAPM and PMP exams.
