Experience

  • PureCycle Technologies – IT Program Director
    • Allison worked at a pre-revenue start-up company leading their IT PMO.  Allison managed the project portfolio creating, communicating, and implementing policies and processes. From creating standardized dashboards for reporting project status to leadership and her team, to collaborating with the Sr. Director of IT to develop the annual budget for the IT department, she was known as a trusted advisor with the ability to bring the right people together to mitigate risk. Allison’s most significant accomplishments here were developing the Software Steering Committee comprised of cross-functional leaders, which reduced software costs by 10% within 3 months. She also onboarded a new vendor to execute a network audit to bring awareness to and mitigate potential issues.
  • Deloitte – Development Manager
    • Allison successfully managed a diverse range of programs and projects at Deloitte. Including developing and executing a two week virtual on-boarding program for 450+ campus hires, across geographic locations. Her technical training programs required her to plan and budget in collaboration with 28 Learning Champions across 5 Technology Offering Portfolios, resulting in the delivery of more than 350 technical trainings to upskill Deloitte practitioners and deliver with excellence to clients. Allison was able to secure a training grant from the State of Arizona for almost one million dollars for two consecutive terms, in support of upskilling the Arizona community in technology to serve clients. It was Allison’s ability to develop meaningful relationships with her stakeholders and anticipate their needs that enabled her to deliver programs and projects on-time, on budget, and within the scope necessary to drive ROI.
  • US Cellular – Program Management
    • Allison spent ten years with US Cellular in various roles from managing a call center team to leading strategic initiatives for the enterprise. As an Enterprise Program Manager, Allison was responsible for leading over 10 different functional areas including L&D, Change Management, IT, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service in the effort to launch new products and services for the customer to consume. Allison ensured each track of work was accountable to deliver on time and within budget so the overall timeline for the projects were met. She kept the project team and senior leadership (executive steering committee) up to date regarding any risks and issues and clearly defined any mitigation plans necessary.
