• Strategic partner to the C suite, BOD’s, and Executive teams developing and driving operational and financial strategies to enhance profitability and grow market share 
• Led the transformation, planning, optimization, and integration of the FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Inventory Control and IT departments, system selection and implementations, organizational restructures, and operational transformations
• Led the overhaul of the merchandising, planning and allocation, and financial planning strategies for a shoe retailer and manufacturer 
• Oversight of the implementation and integration of the Planful financial planning system, Microsoft AX & Dynamics, Nav, Net Suite, and Adaptive Analytics systems 

COO & Operational leadership

• Strategic partner to the C suite to develop and execute the operational and financial strategy of a multi-brand, multi-category 300,000 sq ft luxury travel retail galleria and 2 large airport concessions
• Spearheaded the selection and implementation of ERP and CRM systems resulting in multi-department process automation, improved efficiency, and tighter processes/controls
• Designed automated Balanced Scorecard across organizations for real-time performance management
