Tom Qualter has over 30 years of retail experience, from store level to Senior Manager of Merchandise Systems. He has held many roles during that time including functional, support, design and training. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting in 2007, he has worked with all of the divisions of L Brands, Hills Department Stores, Meldisco Shoes and Rent-A-Center.
