- Large multi-brand consumer goods company sought Interim CIO to manage their IT organization, SAP implementation, acquisitions, divestitures, growth and Business Intelligence implementation.
Solution
- Managed the IT organization as interim CIO for a year and a half.
- Integrated system data through creating a centralized Data Lake setting in the Microsoft Azure Cloud on SAP Hana.
- Business areas of system focus included: Manufacturing, Planning, Forecasting, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Procurement, EDI, Customer Order Management and Inventory Management.
- Deliverables included leading meetings, defining business requirements, creating vendor requests for proposals, designing solutions, validating data, creating analytic outputs, prioritizing based on business need.
Outcome
- Successfully implemented various SAP system/business modules in a cloud environment including S4, Hana and SAP CPG.
- Completed the integration of several company acquisitions and divestitures.
