Stuart has successfully led large process and systems implementations that included organization and change management.  He has a strong ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across all levels and functions of an organization, driving buy-in and ownership of initiatives and objectives. His past leadership roles have led to interim roles as consulting engagements.  Prior joining Columbus Consulting in 2011, Stuart held senior leadership positions with Hallmark Cards, Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Payless ShoeSource.

  • Led System Selection project for Merchandise Financial Planning and Assortment Planning. Business Requirements, RFI and RFP, Scoring, Selection.

  • Led current Assortment Planning system and process assessment, including future business requirements and build vs buy recommendation.
• Helzberg Diamonds – Business Lead
  • Led system selection process, then design and implementation of Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Assortment Planning and Product Lifecycle Management applications.
• J. Crew – Interim SVP Planning & Allocation
  • In addition to leadership role, also carried forward business transformation developed by McKinsey and developed MP&A Technology Roadmap.
